I think it's really powerful that you've come to understand this about yourself, and all of us, really. We're conditioned to set goals and then move the goalpost. It's exhausting. I've experienced the fatigue of becoming. It took one person in a workshop to stop me to say: "You are a BEING, not a 'doing.'" Woosh. ✨ I internalized that so deeply and it's been a delicious reset.
